I was born in Shanghai, China. I spent my sophomore year of high school at Borah High School in Boise, Idaho (2013–2014), then returned to Shanghai and graduated from No. 1 High School Affiliated to Tongji University in 2017. I came back to the US for college and have been at UW–Madison since.
